Job summary

Forefront is seeking a Director of Culinary Services to provide strategic leadership for all dining programs across residential dining, retail, and catering. You will oversee menu development, quality control, safety, and resident satisfaction while managing budgets and vendor partnerships.

You will lead high-performing teams, ensure compliance with ServSafe, HACCP, OSHA, CMS, and other standards, and partner with executives to drive program growth and a superior dining experience for clients

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in culinary operations.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control experience.
• Experience building and coaching high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations across menus, production, catering, and events.
• Manage food and labor costs, budgets, forecasts, and purchasing.
• Develop seasonal menus and resident-centered dining programs.
• Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and service.
• Drive safety, sanitation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to enhance dining experiences.
