Health Dimensions Group, Inc. is seeking a Culinary Director / Culinary Manager to lead our dining team for residents, shaping menus and ensuring exceptional mealtime experiences.

You will supervise cooks and aides, manage budgets, and collaborate with a Registered Dietitian to meet nutritional standards. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality in a care setting.

Qualifications

• CDM certification or eligible to sit for the exam.
• Completed accreditation in nutrition services or food service management.
• Minimum 2 years in institutional food service management.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets, budgeting, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the culinary department including menu planning, staffing, and budgeting.
• Develop seasonal and therapeutic menus tailored to residents' tastes and dietary needs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.
• Work with the Registered Dietitian to meet regulatory and nutrition requirements.
• Supervise, train, and mentor culinary staff; conduct daily performance audits.
