Job summary

Culinesse, LLC seeks an Assistant Director of Dining Services to lead high-volume dining operations in senior living communities. You will support the Director, oversee service standards, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure superior resident experiences across multiple venues.

This leadership role requires collaboration with culinary teams, adherence to sanitation and regulatory standards, and a focus on cost efficiency and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of progressive dining, hospitality, or food service management experience.
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or multi-unit environment preferred.
• ServSafe Certification within thirty (30) days of employment.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Experience with financial oversight including labor cost control and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining operations across all venues.
• Lead, manage, and hold dining staff accountable for performance, conduct, and service standards.
• Assist Director and assume authority in the Director's absence.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and ensure prompt response and service recovery.
• Coordinate with culinary leadership for seamless front- and back-of-house operations.
• Support budget adherence and cost control.
