Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in risk management within financial services with at least 5 years in leadership.
• FRM/PRM/CFA desirable.
• Deep knowledge of credit, market, operational, liquidity, and strategic risks.
• Experience presenting risk to Board-level committees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide risk management framework and policies.
• Define risk appetite and tolerance across units.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report significant risks.
• Lead stress testing and scenario analysis initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Advise Board and senior management on risk.
• Foster risk-aware culture through training and communication.
• Manage regulators, auditors, external risk consultants.
• Lead and develop risk management team.
• Report to Board Risk Committee on exposures and strategies.
