Craft Agency Ltd. in New York seeks a Creative Vice President to lead a 40+ person team and scale toward 100, owning strategy, performance creative, and branding across this performance-first commerce agency.

This role reports to founders, drives KPI-based decision making, and oversees the full P&L for the practice, with strong partnership potential and access to an AI platform and venture exposure.

Qualifications

• Executive level leadership experience (Executive Creative Director or VP)
• Strategist first with strong in video and paid media
• Ability to lead reorgs and build teams from scratch

Responsibilities

• Lead a 40+ person creative organisation and scale to 100.
• Own full P&L and set KPIs for the practice.
• Hire and develop managers, and standardise QA and bench strength.
• Own agency branding and external visibility.
