Job summary

Pivot Agency is seeking a Corporate Travel Agent contractor to support business travelers with precise, policy-compliant travel arrangements and proactive disruption management. This role requires strong GDS proficiency and the ability to work independently while meeting corporate SLAs and traveler expectations.

The candidate will handle Sabre/Amadeus/Apollo bookings, Concur administration, and VIP support, ensuring seamless travel experiences and adherence to negotiated supplier programs.

Qualifications

• Corporate travel experience (10+ years preferred).
• Strong command of GDS systems including Sabre/Amadeus/Apollo.
• Experience supporting executives, VIPs, or high-touch travelers.
• Ability to interpret and enforce corporate travel policies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Travel Consultation— assist traveler needs, policy requirements, preferred suppliers, and cost-control priorities.
• GDS Booking & Ticketing— book and ticket air, hotel, car, and rail with accuracy using Sabre/Amadeus/Apollo.
• Policy Compliance Management— ensure bookings align with policy, approvals, and supplier programs.
• Concur Administration— manage reservation queues and perform complex changes.
• Executive & VIP Support— deliver white-glove service and manage multi-segment itineraries.
• Disruption Handling— protect travelers during delays or disruptions with minimal downtime.
• Duty of Care Coordination— support traveler tracking and safety procedures.
• Supplier Liaison— work with airline/hotel/car partners to resolve issues.
• Reporting & Documentation— maintain traveler profiles, receipts, and post-trip docs.
