Job summary

Direct Travel is seeking a Sr. Travel Advisor to complete comprehensive, cost-effective travel for clients within company policies, using corporate contracts and preferred suppliers in an efficient and professional manner.

Responsibilities include arranging domestic and international itineraries, supporting a dedicated account, and using Sabre as the GDS while maintaining policy compliance and high standards of service. Office presence may be required for training and updates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate travel advisor experience.
• Proficient in creating domestic multi-segment itineraries.
• Strong international booking experience and knowledge of travel policies.

Responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international air, hotel, ground transport, and rail for clients.
• Ensure compliance with client travel policies and preferred vendors.
• Provide first-level customer service and issue resolution.
• Operate using Sabre GDS and other tools per procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and stay updated on travel industry procedures.
