The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong Amadeus skills, and thorough knowledge of airline ticketing and international fares. Excellent communication and detail orientation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing domestic and international travel arrangements.
• High proficiency using Amadeus and airline ticketing rules knowledge.
• Ability to produce lowest logical airfare within client policy.
• Understanding of international airfares and ticketing.
• Proficient in internet searches and online booking processes.
• Ability to read and follow client travel policies and guidelines.
• Excellent communication via email and phone; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete domestic and international travel arrangements (air, hotel, ground transport).
• Support multiple accounts and adhere to detailed procedures.
• Interacts with travelers and travel arrangers; provides first-level support.
• Ensure compliance with client travel policy and preferred vendors.
• Meet performance standards; maintain accuracy and productivity.
• Attend staff meetings for updates on travel industry and procedures.
