Job summary

Travel Solutions International seeks a Corporate Travel Consultant to manage complex domestic and international itineraries with exceptional service. You will leverage SABRE and other GDS tools to build accurate PNRs, navigate Alaska travel logistics, and ensure compliance with Fly America Act.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate travel, US residency, flexibility with shifts, after-hours support, and a strong client-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate travel experience, including international itineraries.
• Strong knowledge of SABRE and other GDS platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Alaska travel logistics and rural air/ferry options.
• US residency is required due to client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex domestic and international travel arrangements in a 24/7 environment.
• Build and modify Passenger Name Records (PNRs) and issue tickets accurately.
• Ensure compliance with airline rules, Fly America Act, and open skies requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service with clear written and verbal communication.
• Identify process improvements and support cost-control efforts.
