Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA (FCM) seeks a Dedicated Corporate Travel Consultant for a remote, USA-based position. You will arrange domestic and complex international travel for busy executives, including air, car, hotel, and ground transport, with four weeks of paid Sabre training.

You will deliver exceptional service, adhere to travel policies, and build trusted relationships with travelers; typical hours are five 8-hour shifts for a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Familiar with Sabre GDS for fare calculations and ticketing.
• Ability to handle complex itineraries and international travel arrangements.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated travel expert, extending the client's team.
• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings domestically and internationally.
• Build rapport with business travelers and ensure travel needs are met.
• Ensure accurate and timely reservations while following company guidelines.
• Manage ticketing, changes, and exchanges, including PNRS and profiles.
• Stay informed about airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements.
• Provide consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
• Inform clients about travel documents and health requirements for destinations.
• Handle rerouting and exchanges for complex international fares.
• Maintain secure handling of company data and use travel booking systems.
