• 5+ years of corporate travel experience, VIP clients.
• Proficiency with Sabre for pricing, scripts, and ticketing.
• Expert knowledge of airline, hotel, and car contracts.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Strong MS Office, email, and messaging tool skills.
• Willingness to support clients outside standard hours.
• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Arrange complex and routine travel per policy.
• Research visa/passport needs for international trips.
• Provide expert travel consultation and personalized service.
• Maintain traveler profiles and bookings in Sabre.
• Process exchanges, refunds, and apply discounts.
• Use Sabre, OBT, Groundspan, and tracking systems.
• Stay current on travel trends and tools.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement.
