Job summary

Corporate Traveler is seeking a motivated Corporate Travel Consultant to manage day-to-day travel needs for corporate accounts, including air, car, hotel and ground transportation reservations.

You will follow procedures, build relationships and provide travel solutions in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and Sabre GDS experience are essential; Seattle-based, onsite, full-time with rewarding perks.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and organized with ability to juggle priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with a GDS system (Sabre preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts incl. air, car, hotel, and ground transportation.
• Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards.
• Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed in servicing the client.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may experience.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment.
