Job summary

Corporate Travel Management Limited is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to provide VIP travel services for executive-level travelers. You will arrange domestic and international air, ground transportation, and hotel bookings, while maintaining high accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with clients and vendors, mentor junior staff, and ensure travel plans comply with policies. A strong knowledge of GDS systems and corporate travel best practices is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years travel counselor experience booking corporate/business travel.
• Experience with Sabre GDS is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to determine travel needs (destination, dates, transport, lodging).
• Arrange air, car, hotel, and related travel bookings.
• Maintain and review reservations for accuracy before ticketing.
• Mentor and assist less experienced Travel Consultants as needed.
• Build relationships with clients and vendors to meet travel goals.
