Job summary

Cadence Travel in San Diego seeks a Business Travel Specialist to deliver high-touch travel support for executive clients, managing complex domestic and international itineraries. You will coordinate air, hotel, car rentals, and special requests with discretion and efficiency, building strong relationships with clients and vendors.

You will use Sabre tools to maintain traveler profiles and booking records and support with research and problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate travel.
• VIP client experience required.
• Impeccable customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Sabre pricing and ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Arrange complex and routine travel (air, hotel, car, car service, rail).
• Research visa/passport needs for international travel.
• Provide expert-level travel consultation and personalized service.
• Maintain traveler profiles and booking records (Sabre).
• Process exchanges, refunds, and apply corporate discounts.
• Use Sabre, OBT, Groundspan, and reporting systems.
