Flight Centre Careers is seeking a Dedicated Corporate Travel Consultant to manage domestic and complex international travel for executives. You will complete a four-week paid training, master Sabre-based ticketing, and deliver top-tier customer service across air, car, hotel, and ground transportation components.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, adherence to travel policies, and precise handling of reservations, with a 40-hour work week and five 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Familiar with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management and ticket issuance.
• Experience with complex itinerary changes and international travel.
• Ability to handle multiple urgent tasks with accuracy and speed.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated travel expert for a client’s team.
• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transport bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Ensure accurate, timely reservations and adherence to policies.
• Manage PNRS, ticketing, invoicing, and profile documentation.
• Stay updated on airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements.
• Provide consultative support throughout the booking process.
• Inform clients about travel documents and health requirements.
• Handle ticketing, refunds, changes, and complex fare exchanges.
• Manage rerouting and exchanges to minimize disruption.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
