Job summary

University of Massachusetts Boston seeks a 12-month full-time administrator reporting to the Vice Chancellor of Athletics and Recreation. You will support executive operations, coordinate communications, and lead department-wide initiatives with budget oversight and staff supervision.

You will develop NIL policies, train student-athletes, and collaborate across campus to advance athletics initiatives and annual reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational and written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate outcomes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate diverse and complex appointments, meetings and travel.
• Develop weekly meeting and travel itineraries with agendas and briefings.
• Prepare materials for meetings and presentations; write and format briefing documents.
• Coordinate expense charges and reimbursements; track spending.
• Create and manage department-wide communications documents and annual reporting materials.
