Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university, master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 1-3 years of project management experience is required, preferably in intercollegiate athletics, higher education, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and on-line calendar and presentation software is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative support for the VCAR including scheduling and travel planning.
• Develop meeting itineraries, agendas, and briefings.
• Coordinate and reconcile expenses and reimbursements.
• Prepare materials for meetings and presentations including annual reports and cabinet briefs.
