CHASI (Community Health Action of Staten Island) seeks an Executive Coordinator to provide high-level administrative, planning, and operational support to the Executive Director. CHASI provides outreach, education, prevention, and direct support services for populations most affected by health disparities – people with low or no income, low-income people with chronic illnesses, people with criminal justice involvement, people who use drugs, domestic violence survivors, people of color, and the LGBTQ community.
The Executive Coordinator provides high-level administrative, planning, and operational support to the Executive Director. Functioning in a Chief of Staff-style coordination capacity, this role helps prioritize initiatives, coordinates Board and leadership activities, advances cross-departmental work, tracks organizational commitments, anticipates needs, identifies potential barriers, supports planning, and supervises the Office Manager.

The pay range for this role is generally $75,000-$85,000 annually, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity.
