APIC Solutions, Inc. seeks a Chief Operating Officer to provide executive leadership and operational accountability across all divisions and offices, with direct oversight of Electrical, Low Voltage, and Special Systems operations.

The COO will partner closely with the President to execute company strategy, strengthen performance across our multi-state offices, and scale the business while protecting profitability, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• 10+ years of executive operations experience in construction or related field.
• Proven leadership managing multiple offices, departments and teams.
• Strong multi-state construction operations, estimating, planning and forecasting.
• Financial acumen including budgets, profitability and KPIs.
• Experience leading executive reporting, cost-to-complete reviews, and meetings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Direct and optimize operational performance across multiple states and offices.
• Lead regional managers, project managers, estimating teams, and operations staff.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, reporting systems, and accountability metrics.
• Deliver monthly operational and performance reports to the President.
• Lead meetings, forecasting reviews, and project performance discussions.
• Identify overruns, cost exposures, and risks; escalate to the President.
• Align estimating strategy with field execution to improve profitability.
• Oversee operational planning for electrical, low voltage, and special systems.
• Develop and implement procedures, workflows, and SOPs.
• Partner with executive leadership on budgets, forecasting, and growth.
