Job summary

ResourceCare is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead day-to-day operations across all centers and service lines. The role partners with the CEO, CFO, and clinical leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, drive performance, and ensure seamless coordination across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Five+ years of healthcare administration or operations experience.
• Experience in a multi-site healthcare organization preferred.
• FQHC/community health center/rural healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to lead across departments and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and common office software.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day operational leadership across all ResourceCare locations and service lines.
• Translates CEO/leadership priorities into operational plans with timelines and measurable results.
• Coordinates cross-department activities ensuring responsibilities and deadlines are established.
• Identifies barriers and drives solutions for operational efficiency.
• Promotes standardized processes while respecting location differences.
• Maintains visibility across clinics and reports to the CEO on progress and issues.
• Oversees patient access, scheduling, and clinic operations to support demand and quality.
