• Significant experience driving operating performance efficiency in construction and field services sectors.
• Hands-on, growth-focused leader able to manage both field operations and corporate strategy.
• Proven experience leading field and customer support teams and implementing scalable systems and processes.
• Ability to collaborate with CEO and executive team; comfortable in boardroom and field operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Lead and execute company strategy across multiple locations, driving growth initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Manage field services including schedules and equipment; ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and mentor a best-in-class organization with urgency and decisive leadership.
• Lead development and implementation of systems, processes, and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with CEO and executive team to support acquisitive and organic growth in new states.
• Operate across business segments to expand market leadership and profitability.
