Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of OCP's operations and translate strategy into operational plans.
• Monitor KPIs and budgets with CFO and directors.
• Lead Shared Services including IT, HR, Finance, and EPMO.
• Drive process improvement through technology, data governance, and automation.
• Oversee Lake Oswego HQ to ensure safe, functional office environment.
• Partner with HR to optimize organizational health and compensation.
• Lead AI strategy and governance initiatives across the organization.
