Provive Wellness is seeking a highly driven Chief Operating Officer to oversee operations across multiple states. You will lead day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and align teams with growth goals as the company scales its PHP, IOP, and OP services.

The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration with directors, and a hands-on approach to ensure compliance and performance. Travel is required to support multi-state locations; competitive compensation and incentives.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations.

• Lead and support Directors of Operations, Clinical Supervisors, and administrative staff.
• Drive execution of company initiatives and ensure follow-through.
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and payer requirements.
• Support growth initiatives, including new location expansion.
