Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality, catering, conference center, hotel, private club, or high-touch service experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong hospitality judgment and a highly service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of a corporate client conference center.
• Manage and develop a team across reception, catering, and office services.
• Ensure appropriate coverage and smooth execution of meetings and events.
• Partner with meeting hosts to coordinate room setups, catering, guest experience, and last-minute changes.
• Provide guidance on executive meetings, special events, town halls, and internal functions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, guests, and internal teams utilizing the space.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and ensure service standards remain consistently high.
• Manage employee schedules, time off, onboarding, training, and performance.
• Refine SOPs and operational processes to improve the overall experience.
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments and external vendors.
