Job summary

LIVunLtd, the leader in luxury amenity solutions, seeks a Conference Center Concierge to join one of our upscale commercial buildings in New York. You will work with the General Manager to oversee concierge services, ensuring a five‑star experience for clients and guests.

You are resourceful, polished and passionate about hospitality, with strong relationships in the local scene and a demonstrated ability to manage guest services, events, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability in an educational, concierge or professional setting.
• In-depth knowledge of local businesses and entertainment venues.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about the hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work days, nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in welcoming clients/guests and introducing them to the concierge services.
• Liaison Support: Act as the bridge between the event planner, culinary teams, AV technicians, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, restaurants, and preferred vendors.
• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day facility operations, including daily upkeep of amenity facilities.
• Facility Management: Inspect and audit spaces for proper room setup, equipment functionality, and climate control.
• Maintain effective communication with General Manager, clients/guests, supervisors, building management and ownership in order to keep them apprised of club operational needs, happenings, and occurrences.
• Guest Services: Greet attendees, handle registration, direct guests, and address ad-hoc last-minute requests.
• Local Recommendations: Advise participants on nearby dining, entertainment, and transportation.
• Assist with coordination of programs, activities, classes, and events on property.
