Legacy Health is seeking a Senior Strategist, Total Rewards to serve as the expert for executive compensation and related benefits. You will partner directly with the CEO, CPCO and board committees to design, communicate and administer compensation programs that align with strategic goals.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, nonprofit healthcare exposure, and strong presentation skills with executives and board members.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, accounting/finance or related field; MBA/masters preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in executive compensation or total rewards.
• Non-profit healthcare or non-profit experience required.
• Experience presenting to executives and board members.
