15+ years of experience delivering executive compensation or total rewards REQUIRED.
Ability to lead sales REQUIRED.
Ability to manage project delivery REQUIRED.
Ability to nurture client relationships REQUIRED.
Excellent communication skills REQUIRED.
Excellent presentation skills REQUIRED.
Excellent relationship-management skills REQUIRED.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days per week in the office REQUIRED.
