The role supports the US and broader North America regions, with hybrid or virtual work options and Chicago as a preferred location. Strong analytical skills and deep compensation knowledge are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Solid knowledge of market pricing, salary structures, incentive design and annual compensation processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and compensation analytics for building accurate models.

Aufgaben

• Lead key activities in the annual compensation cycle, including salary increases and budget allocation.
• Run salary range reviews and market pricing analyses across multiple roles and functions.
• Develop early-career hiring rates and other compensation guidelines.
• Build compensation models and analytics to test market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Analyze compensation outcomes to identify trends, risks and opportunities and present recommendations.
• Advise People Partners on offers, promotions, transfers, and retention decisions.
• Apply job architecture to guide role evaluations, leveling and pay positioning.
• Collaborate with Finance to assess costs and with Legal on governance and policies.
• Support compensation projects, process improvements and program implementation.
• Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
