• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Program/Project Management and Business Operations.
• Strong verbal communication and advanced writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Executive Compensation Operating System. Define and run the mechanisms that govern executive compensation decisions.
• Act as a strategic advisor and air-traffic-controller for leadership engagement.
• Lead cross-functional integration across Executive Recruiting, Talent Management, Broad-Based Comp, and business leadership.
• Lead the business cadence with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
• Translate strategy into precision execution with high-resolution, role-specific frameworks.
• Ensure continuity across the executive lifecycle from offer design to retention.
• Own data, insights, and decision narratives for senior leadership.
• Build scalable mechanisms and tools in partnership with tech teams.
• Manage long-range and annual planning cadence and lead special projects.
