Job summary

Equinix, Inc. is seeking a Leader to design, implement, and manage executive compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top executive talent while aligning pay with company performance and shareholder value.

You will partner with senior leadership, the Compensation Committee, and key stakeholders to ensure competitive, compliant programs aligned with strategy. The role includes leading compensation program design, governance updates, CD&A preparation for proxy and SEC filings, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Extensive compensation experience with deep expertise in executive compensation.
Deep knowledge of executive compensation regulations, governance trends, and best practices.
Experience preparing materials for Compensation Committees and Boards of Directors.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives, and special awards.
Ensure programs are market competitive, performance driven, and aligned with shareholder interests and company strategy.
Provide expertise on compensation trends, regulatory changes, and proxy advisor perspectives.
Develop and oversee executive compensation job evaluation, leveling, and approval processes in partnership with HR and executive leadership.
