ICON Consultants is seeking an experienced compensation professional to partner in the design, administration, analysis, and governance of executive compensation and equity programs. This role supports pay strategy through market benchmarking, incentive plan administration, equity management, and governance compliance.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and senior leadership to ensure programs align with business objectives, shareholder interests, and industry best practices

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 10+ years of compensation experience including executive compensation and equity administration.
• Experience administering equity compensation plans and working with stock plan service providers (e.g., Fidelity).
• Strong knowledge of executive compensation, equity compensation, incentive design, proxy disclosures, and governance.

Aufgaben

• Support development, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs (base salary, STI, LTI, equity, severance, and change-in-control).
• Conduct benchmarking and market analyses focused on oil and gas peers.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for senior leadership and the Board/Committee.
• Administer long-term incentive plans, including calculations, approvals, and payouts.
