Job summary

Osaic seeks a Lead Compensation Consultant to oversee executive compensation, equity programs, and incentive governance. You will partner with Total Rewards leadership, Finance, Legal, HR and Executive Recruiting to support compensation strategy and execution.

The role requires 10+ years in compensation with strong analytics, modeling, and consulting skills, plus experience with equity administration and market pricing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years compensation experience.
• 5+ years executive compensation and/or equity experience.
• Advanced Excel and Workday Advanced Compensation skills.
• Experience with compensation surveys and market pricing (Equilar, Aon RMCD, WTW, Mercer).
• CCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support executive compensation analysis and recommendations.
• Develop and model executive compensation scenarios.
• Assist with executive offer evaluations and compensation packages.
• Support administration and governance of equity programs.
• Maintain incentive program governance and documentation.
• Lead enterprise compensation projects and special assignments.
