Job summary

ICON Consultants, LP is seeking a Senior Compensation Advisor in San Francisco, CA, on a W2 Contract from 11/16/2026 to 02/15/2027. The role leads creation of Compensation Committee materials, administers executive pay programs meeting SEC requirements, and helps prepare the annual proxy with strong Say-on-Pay support.

Collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Talent Acquisition is essential for governance and accurate disclosures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in executive compensation.
• Experience supporting executive compensation decisions, governance and compliance, and compensation surveys.

Responsibilities

• Maintain models to assess dilution, burn rate, and stock-based compensation expense.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on executive offers.
• Prepare compensation tables for the proxy statement, including Pay Versus Performance tables.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure governance and compliance of executive compensation programs.
• Oversee ongoing execution and oversight of executive compensation programs.
• Manage special projects as needed.
