Job summary
Osaic in Scottsdale is seeking a Lead Compensation Consultant to serve as a senior advisor for executive compensation, equity programs, and incentive plan governance. You will partner with Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, HR, and Executive Recruiting to support strategy, hiring, and governance, acting as a senior individual contributor with analytical leadership.
The role requires 10+ years in compensation, 5+ years in executive compensation or equity, strong analytics, and advanced Excel and
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in compensation.
- 5+ years in executive compensation and/or equity.
- Strong analytics and modeling skills.
- Experience with compensation surveys and market pricing (Equilar, Aon RMCD, WTW, Mercer).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Workday Advanced Compensation experience.
- Strong consulting and communication skills.
- CCP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Executive compensation analysis and recommendations.
- Develop and model executive compensation scenarios.
- Assist with executive offer evaluations and compensation packages.
- Support preparation of executive compensation materials and presentations.
- Maintain executive compensation market data and benchmarking analyses.
- Administration and governance of equity programs.
- Equity benchmarking and market analysis.
- Coordinate equity grant processes with Finance and Legal.
- Annual and long-term incentive plan administration.
- Lead enterprise compensation projects and governance documentation.
