Icon Consultants in Houston, TX seeks a Compensation Analyst for a contract, W-2 role to lead executive compensation and equity program support. The position focuses on benchmarking, plan administration, and governance, collaborating with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in compensation, equity experience, and advanced Excel skills. Onsite work in Houston with background check and drug test requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of compensation experience including executive compensation and equity administration.
• Experience administering equity compensation plans with stock plan providers (e.g., Fidelity).
• Expert knowledge of executive compensation, equity compensation, incentive design, proxy disclosures and governance.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build business cases and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX.

Mansioni

• Support the design, administration, analysis and governance of executive compensation and equity programs.
• Benchmark compensation practices and support Board/Compensation Committee materials.
• Administer STI, LTI, stock options, RSUs, PSUs, and other equity awards.
• Maintain equity records and oversee plan systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop compensation analytics to support budgeting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Payroll and external providers on governance and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to confidentiality and drive program enhancements.
