Job summary

Equinix, the world’s digital infrastructure company, seeks a Senior Director of Executive Compensation in Dallas, TX, to lead design, implementation and management of executive pay programs. Partner with senior leadership, the Compensation Committee, and key stakeholders to ensure programs are competitive and compliant with governance standards.

The role focuses on attracting, retaining, and motivating leadership, aligning pay with performance and shareholder value, and overseeing equity cycles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Extensive compensation experience with deep executive compensation expertise.
• Deep knowledge of regulations, governance trends, and best practices.
• Experience preparing materials for Compensation Committees and Boards.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of executive pay programs including base salary, incentives, long-term incentives.
• Ensure programs are market-competitive, performance-driven, and aligned with strategy.
• Provide expertise on compensation trends, regulatory changes, and proxy perspectives.
• Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee and Board decisions.
• Oversee equity grant cycles, incentive plans, and retention awards.
