Equifax is seeking a Senior Executive Compensation Partner to join our team in our Atlanta Midtown office. The Executive Compensation Partner will provide data analysis, reporting and insights that inform and measure leadership compensation, including base pay, short- and long-term incentives. They will develop materials and reporting for the Senior Leadership Team and the Equifax Board of Directors; Compensation Committee. Keys to the success of the role will be strong collaboration with stakeholders throughout our HR, Operations and Finance communities, and accuracy and efficiency in order to effectively execute against our Equifax Rewards strategies. This role will report to the Vice President, Executive Compensation.
