WTW is seeking driven early-career professionals for the Work & Rewards team in New York. You will collaborate with leading consultants on cutting-edge rewards and compensation projects, applying data analytics and client interaction skills to deliver insights and value.

This hybrid role supports growth in executive compensation, career frameworks, and rewards data intelligence, with exposure to client assignments, training, and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-related field with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Strong analytical and client service experience from internships/part-time roles involving data analysis.
• Interest in Careers and Compensation demonstrated through coursework or research assignments.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist consultants and clients to design work and rewards programs.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics for market pay benchmarking insights.
• Analyze program designs and compare rewards practices using WTW data/tools.
• Model pay structures and assess financial impact of designs.
• Draft reports and exhibits for client presentations.
• Support client meetings and contribute to business development.
