WTW is seeking a Manager in our Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice to work with top consultants, manage projects, and supervise analysts. You will design and implement compensation strategies to attract, reward, and retain executive talent while partnering with client executives.

Responsibilities include leading projects, drafting scopes and budgets, guiding junior staff, and expanding our advisory work through thought leadership and client development.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of design-oriented executive compensation experience.
• Experience designing annual and long-term incentive programs.
• Strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proven multi-project management experience.
• Executive presence with client-facing presentations.
• Self-starter able to work in ambiguity and in teams.

Mansioni

• Deliver effective project management for multiple marquee clients.
• Draft statements of work, project plans, and budgets.
• Lead day-to-day project progress with teams and timelines.
• Coach and provide feedback to junior staff.
• Serve as main client contact for delivery and expectations.
