Job summary

WTW in New York seeks a Director for Executive Compensation and Board Advisory to lead marquee client engagements, design compensation programs, and guide junior staff. You will manage projects, develop proposals, and contribute to firm-wide revenue initiatives with a hybrid work pattern in NYC.

Requires at least 7 years in executive compensation design, strong analytical, communication, and Excel/PowerPoint skills, plus ability to lead teams and collaborate across offices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design-oriented executive compensation experience in consulting or similar environments.
• Experience designing annual and long-term incentive programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective project management for multiple marquee clients.
• Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets.
• Lead day-to-day project progress and ensure quality.
• Coach and develop junior staff.
• Serve as client contact for delivery of services and manage expectations.
• Contribute to development and implementation of compensation programs.
