Job summary

WTW is seeking a Manager for its Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice in the United States. You will design and implement executive compensation and incentive strategies, lead marquee client projects, and collaborate with analysts, consultants, and client executives to attract, reward and retain executive talent.

You will contribute to revenue growth, support marketing and industry initiatives, and develop tools and intellectual capital.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of design‑oriented executive compensation experience in consulting or highly consultative corporate environments.
• Experience designing annual, equity, stock and other long‑ and short‑term incentive programs.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong written and verbal communication.
• Executive presence with polished communication and ability to present to colleagues and management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective, multi‑client project management with marquee clients.
• Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets across multiple workflows.
• Lead day‑to‑day project progress and ensure objectives, timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coach junior staff and provide ongoing feedback.
• Serve as the primary client contact for delivery of services and manage expectations.
• Contribute to compensation program design including total rewards and pay‑for‑performance alignment.
• Support business development through discovery discussions and proposals.
• Develop intellectual capital and contribute to external visibility of WTW.
