Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience.
• Experience supporting M&A and other corporate transactions.
• Strong knowledge of executive compensation, ERISA, tax, and related regulatory matters.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admission to the applicable state bar or eligibility for prompt admission.
• Experience with private equity transactions is highly desirable.
