Job summary

FIS is seeking a highly analytical professional to join our Executive Compensation team within Total Rewards. This role sits at the intersection of executive compensation, corporate finance, governance, and data analytics, collaborating with senior leaders and external partners to drive programs affecting thousands of employees.

You'll apply AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, automate processes, and translate complex compensation data into clear insights for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, HR, or related discipline.
• Experience in executive compensation, equity administration, finance, accounting, consulting, investment banking, governance, or related analytical functions.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive executive compensation programs and governance materials for leadership and Board disclosures.
• Administer complex global equity programs (RSUs, PSUs, options, ESPP, deferred comp).
• Leverage data analytics and AI to improve reporting, forecasting, compliance monitoring, and insights for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of sensitive compensation data.
