Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5–7 years in HR or Compensation.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with Workday, WIA/WFDL, Compensation Planner.
• Experience using external market data.
• Ability to analyze large datasets.
• High accuracy and solution-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and govern Fidelity's Executive Compensation and Shareholder programs.
• Support compensation programs across the organization with cross-functional partnerships.
• Analyze complex compensation data and initiatives; ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Assist governance, compliance, and risk management activities related to executive compensation.
