Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area.
• 5-6 years of experience in compensation, financial analysis or closely related analytical discipline.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles including market pricing, job evaluation, structures, and administration.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop practical recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and compensation-related analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary intake point for compensation requests with timely response, analysis, and resolution.
• Provide consultation on compensation matters including offers, market pricing, and related programs.
• Conduct analyses using internal data and benchmarks to support decisions.
• Prepare analyses and materials for leadership review.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBP, managers, and employees on compensation questions.
• Administer and support compensation programs, policies, processes, and governance.
• Support annual compensation planning with reporting, analysis, modeling, testing, and coordination.
• Maintain market data, benchmarking information, and compensation tools and systems.
• Own compensation knowledge management and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, workflows, and documentation.
• Manage compensation projects and timelines to ensure successful execution.
• Stay updated on compensation regulations, market practices, and industry trends.
