Qualifications

• 1+ years of Compensation or Executive Compensation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee and senior leadership meetings.
• Support the administration of annual and long-term incentive (LTI) plans, including tracking awards and performance metrics.
• Conduct market benchmarking and analysis using compensation surveys and public filings (e.g., proxy statements).
• Help ensure compliance with internal governance policies and external regulations (e.g., SEC, IRS).
• Maintain and audit executive compensation data in HRIS and compensation systems.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to support compensation cycle processes.
• Participate in preparing executive offer letters, retention summaries, and pay analyses.
• Stay current on executive pay trends, governance guidelines, and disclosure best practices.
