Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards Projects in Houston, TX, to support planning, coordination, and execution of projects across Benefits, Compensation, and related Workday systems.

You will drive data-informed outcomes, assist with UAT and testing, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Technology teams. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, project coordination, and governance, with hybrid on-site work 3–4 days per week at Sysco’s Houston campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, validate, and present data clearly.
• Detailed documentation and proficiency in reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end Total Rewards projects including system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks among HR, Payroll, HRIS, Technology, Legal, Finance, and vendors.
• Participate in project workshops, requirements sessions, and stakeholder meetings; document outcomes.
• Support governance activities across Total Rewards initiatives, tracking risks, issues, decisions, and changes.
• Adapt reporting and priorities based on active project portfolio.
