Job summary

Highmark Health in Pittsburgh is seeking a senior communications partner to serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team. You will translate complex business strategies into compelling communications that inspire action and reinforce Highmark Health's mission.

You will craft executive messaging, speeches, town hall remarks, and leadership communications, guiding branding, stakeholder engagement, and change communications across a large healthcare enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• 7 years in Health Care, Health Insurance, Information Technology and/or large corporation communications.
• 5 years managing large communication programs and serving as spokesperson.
• 3 years demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive executive communications strategies aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Advise executive leaders on messaging, positioning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Anticipate opportunities and risks and recommend proactive approaches.
• Write and edit high-impact communications, including speeches, town hall remarks, leadership messages.
• Oversee internal and external communications reflecting the executive voice and brand.
