You will develop engaging, clear messages and execute internal communications plans using intranets, emails, and talking points, with a voice that is uplifting, trusted, and conversational.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
6 years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization
Experience with editing and proofreading.

Responsibilities

Serve as a communications consultant and partner with colleagues, leaders, and various departments to decide what needs to be communicated across our organization.
Develop and execute internal communications plans for special projects or corporate campaigns.
Plan, research, write, edit, and deliver business and job-related information using digital tools to inform team members about our mission, vision, Core Behaviors, strategy, policies, initiatives, and events.
Measure the success of communications using data from tools like Google Analytics, SharePoint, and Qualtrics.
Provide counsel on best communication practices and tactics for reaching the right audience across digital and non-digital channels.
Meet with matrixed partners to ensure messages align with mission, vision, strategy, and external messaging.
Be available to respond to internal crisis communication needs.
