Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a VP of Enterprise Strategy to co-lead the Strategy and Transformation office. You will guide enterprise strategy, collaborate with executives, and lead a small team of strategy consultants across the enterprise on priority initiatives.

Required: 7+ years in Healthcare Strategy, bachelor’s in business, strong leadership, and excellent communication. MBA/masters preferred; travel 0–25% with office-based duties in Pittsburgh, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• Master's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in Healthcare Strategy with payor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Enterprise Strategy in collaboration with STO and executives.
• Manage a small team of strategy consultants; hire, coach, and develop staff.
• Plan and direct day-to-day operations of the Strategy office and budget responsibilities.
• Drive cross-enterprise initiatives and BU-specific strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Foster a strategic mindset across the organization and refine strategic processes.
